Payment & Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience, a 50% retainer is required at booking. This allows us to prepare properly with high-quality products and ensures your time is fully reserved.

If you need to cancel, there are no fees, but the retainer will not be refunded. In the rare event we’re unable to keep your appointment, you’ll receive a full refund.

No-shows or missed appointments without rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the retainer being forfeited. A new retainer will be required to rebook.

For cancellations/ rescheduling, please reply to the confirmation email, text us (540-706-8293) or dm us on our socials, atleast 48 hours in advance, or as soon as possible if something comes up. Life happens, just keep us in the loop.

Tardiness

Running late? No worries, things happen! A 9 minute grace period applies. If you’re late, your services may be adjusted based on your arrival time to avoid impacting another clients appointment.

In the rare event we run behind and fail to inform you ahead of time, a specified amount will be deducted based on the service booked.

  • 9+ minutes= $20 fee

  • 20+ minutes late: Appointment cancelled/ rescheduled

  • No call/No show: Blocked from booking until previous balance is paid.

VIP Appointments

Appointments outside of business hours (Mon-Sat 9am-7:30pm), incur an additional $50 fee for all appointments.

Client Responsibility Agreement

Minors (under 18) must have an adult review and sign the appointment terms and conditions on their behalf.

Clients 18+ are fully responsible for themselves. Booking confirms your agreement to these terms.

Photo Verification

To uphold the inter of our space and protect against false bookings, first-time clients are required to upload a clear photo of their ID or a selfie holding their ID.

  • Only your name and face must be visible. Personal info like your address can be covered.

  • This is for one-time verification only and will not be stored past your first appointment.

    We appreciate your understanding, this simple step ensures a secure, trusted environment for all Opulent Haus guests.

Booking on behalf of someone else?

Appointments must be scheduled under the name of the personal receiving the service, unless you’re a parent/guardian you shouldn’t upload any identification that isn’t your own, or unless we’ve discussed it.

If you’re booking for someone else

  • Enter their full name and details at checkout

  • Leave a quick note in there intake section

  • Under 18: Parent/ Guardian must sign and upload their valid photo ID

  • 18 and older: Sign and upload your own valid photo ID for verification

Preparing for your appointment

  • Review appointment details before arriving and check your confirmation email and text.

  • Lash Services: Arrive with a bare face, avoid caffeine, remove contacts, limit fluids.

  • Body Waxing: Exfoliate the day before your appointment, shower at least an hour before to soften the hair, stay hydrated, take Tylenol for pain if needed and complete consent form located in your confirmation email

  • Facials: Please be prepared to remove your shirt, bra, and jewelry for the full experience

  • Arrive 5 minutes early for parking, use the restroom and other preparations
